Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed or carrier you choose.
Where does it ship from and how soon can l receive it?
Orders placed before 10 AM PST will be dispatched on the same day and should arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after this time, as well as those made on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the next business day.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes, all products come with a 365-day warranty. Items that are stolen, lost, or damaged in situations not covered by our warranty are not eligible for claims. For eligible warranty claims, we will directly replace the item unless it is no longer available, in which case we will provide a similar model.
Will it work on my car?
The adapter needs a wired Apple CarPlay connection to function in your vehicle. Please visit the compatibility page to look up the make, model, and year of your specific vehicle.

How can I update the system?
The adapter supports over-the-air online upgrades without the need for a computer or SD card. Locate ‘online update’ in the interface to check for the latest version and perform the update.
